Can you get equipment to a lot backing onto a lake or canal?
Usually — most St. Lucie West lots have side-yard access, and for canal- or lake-side trees we rig from the yard side or bring a compact lift. We check access on the free estimate.
Are these oaks going to be a problem as they get bigger?
The live oaks are an asset; keep and prune them. The laurel oaks planted in the same era are the ones to watch — they'll start declining in another decade or two, and we'll flag which is which so you can plan.
