Communities, managers and businesses — on a schedule, on the record
Property managers and HOA boards on the Treasure Coast need tree work that's documented, insured and on time. We handle community common areas, commercial sites and rights-of-way with the paperwork boards and insurers want.
We work for the people responsible for a lot of trees: HOA and condo boards in St. Lucie West, PGA Village, Tesoro, The Cascades, Tradition and the gated Torino communities; property managers running commercial plazas and office parks along US-1 and Gatlin; and businesses that just need the parking-lot canopy lifted and the entrance palms clean. That work has to be scheduled around residents and customers, documented for the board and the insurer, and done by a crew carrying real coverage — which is exactly how we run it.
Typical scopes: annual palm and shade-tree programs, common-area and entrance pruning, parking-lot and sidewalk clearance, retention-pond and right-of-way vegetation, hazard-tree assessments with written arborist reports, and priority storm response with per-property documentation. We invoice to the management company and provide certificates of insurance and W-9s up front.

Questions we get about commercial & hoa tree service
Do you carry the insurance our management company requires?
Yes — general liability and workers' compensation specific to tree work, and we provide the certificate and a W-9 before the first job, with the management company named as certificate holder if you need it.
Can you work around our residents and business hours?
That's most of what commercial and HOA work is. We schedule loud and disruptive work for low-traffic windows, keep drive aisles and entrances open, and coordinate notices with your manager so residents and customers aren't surprised.
Do you provide arborist reports for our board?
Yes. Our ISA Certified Arborist writes hazard assessments, tree inventories and removal justifications that stand up with boards, insurers and the city's permit office — useful before budgeting a big removal or defending a decision to residents.
Will contracted communities get priority after a hurricane?
Yes. Communities on a program or a storm-response agreement move to the front of the line when a storm passes, and every property gets its own documentation packet for the association's insurer.
